Our main objective is for the client to live an unforgettable experience while passing through La Corchea.
All reservations accepted by La Corchea are subject to the following general rules and conditions.

Horario de salida: 7:00h – 11:30h
Deberá comunicarnos la hora de llegada aproximada al establecimiento 1 día antes de su entrada a la Casa Rural. La Corchea no cuenta con servicio continuo de recepción, por lo que necesitamos saber de antemano a qué hora llegarán los huéspedes para asegurar que estaremos allí para recibirles y evitar así la espera. Ofrecemos guarda-equipajes (gratuito) por si desean dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada o hasta más tarde de la hora de salida. Si desea cambiar el horario de entrada o salida comuníquenoslo por si fuera posible.
El cliente nos deberá llamar 15-30 minutos antes de su llegada a la casa para recoger las llaves, les recordamos que no hay servicio de recepción 24h.
Salvo previo aviso, el cliente deberá ocupar la habitación antes de las 19 horas del día previsto para la llegada. De no ser así, a partir de dicha hora, la habitación podrá ser alquilada por otros clientes.
The client must provide their card details in order to formalize the reservation, indicating the numbering and the expiration date. The credit card will serve to guarantee the reservation.
No charge will be made, except for specific reservations in which your prepayment condition is clearly indicated in the reservation process.
The total amount will be paid in cash or by card once the client is at the establishment.
In case of canceling a reservation, a series of cancellation fees will apply depending on the advance with which the reservation is canceled. All expenses derived from it will be borne by the client. The percentages will be applied to the total amount of the reservation. The intervals and penalty percentages are as follows:

Reservations for offers, gift vouchers, raffles and prizes cannot be canceled.
In case of leaving the establishment in advance of what is agreed between the two parties, the total amount agreed for the stay will be charged for damages and losses caused.
The enjoyment of accommodation and other services will last the agreed period between the establishment and the client. Any extension or reduction of the previously agreed term will have to be consulted to the owner.
The client must observe the usual rules of education, hygiene, coexistence and respect towards people. The occupants may not carry out annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the establishment. They must refrain from carrying out activities that may cause damage or inconvenience to other users.
If you find any deficiency, we would appreciate it if you could communicate it as soon as possible to give a solution and the opportunity to clarify things during your stay.
We ask you to respect the silence, and during the rest hours, from 23:00 to 8:00, and the volume of your TV is moderate.
The cleaning service of the rooms is daily and is included in the price of the room, which must be free and collected before 12:00.
Otherwise the room will be left undone.
If you leave later than that time and need something, please let us know.
Daily cleaning of rooms: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
* NOTICE: The room must be free by 12: 00h. If it stays busy, it remains without maintenance.
Towel change: every 3 days.
Sheet change: every 5 days.
Daily cleaning of common and outdoor areas: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
The total amount of the Reserve will be paid in cash or by card once the client is at the establishment.
The fact of filing a claim does not exempt you from said payment.
Personal checks are not accepted.
The establishment is not responsible to any client for any loss, damage, cancellation or any additional expense suffered by the client, or for any cause beyond the control of the owner.
The owner is not responsible for the loss or forgetfulness of objects, however if they find it in the establishment when cleaning it, it will not have the inconvenience of sending it to the address provided by means of cash on delivery.
The house’s heating system consists of a diesel boiler that will keep the whole house warm by means of large radiators. Its operation is automatic thanks to the thermostats located in each room, maintaining a temperature not exceeding 22º.
